The role of the International Student Cell (ISC) is to lead the development of internationalization at the Swarrnim Startup & Innovation University by acting as the central coordinator and facilitator of all internationally related initiatives and activities.
ISAC is also Swarrnim Startup & Innovation University's organizational structure mandated to develop and implement its policy on internationalization by:
Ensuring that internationalization activities contribute to as many as possible of the university's strategic objectives and by so doing, supporting the core business of teaching and research at SU.
Benchmarking local needs and global standards for a university.
Striving for the integration of the global and local in such a way as to add value to both with international activities enhancing student life and staff development at SU, and incoming international students and staff being integrated into the local environment.
Performing a consultative and facilitative role in assisting the university community in negotiating individual, departmental, faculty and institutional linkages using SU sanctioned guidelines.
Developing and promoting the concept of "internationalization at home" and ensuring that the entire SU community benefits from the growing internationalization of SU.
Seeking, supporting and facilitating opportunities for SU staff and students to experience academic life at international partner universities through mobility exchanges.
Swarrnim Startup and Innovation University is just 25 KM drive from Ahmedabad International Airport and 546 KM drive from Mumbai International Airport. You need to book your ticket to Ahmedabad International Airport or Mumbai International Airport after taking a Valid Student Visa from Indian Embassy / High Commission.

Make sure you inform Swarrnim Startup and Innovation University’s International student affair cell for the Airport pickup at least two weeks prior to arrival and provide the complete details of flight.
Make sure that you bring the Admission Letter issued by the University along with all the Certificates/Degrees, Transcripts (in original), 15 passport size photographs and bank statement of last three months.
You can carry all your money in form of Travellers Cheques, which can be easily redeemed at the airport as well as a number of foreign exchange offices and banks or you can use International Debit / Credit Cards.
Temperature ranges between 40 to 47 degree Celsius during summers and 15 to 25 degree Celsius during winters. Here the winter season starts around November so the warm material (blankets, quilts, woolens, etc.) must be brought accordingly.
Whilst everything is available in India, however try to get all that you would require during the initial few days. All the essentials can be availed from the University tuck shops as well as markets available around a range of 5 km from University Campus.
The electric standard in India works on 50 Hz and 5A. So, ensure that you have an adapter for your mobile or laptop if it operates on a different voltage in your country. Also the electric sockets are 2 or 3 pin so ensure that you carry a converter in case required.
